We will gladly accept returns for any unopened, unused Imedeen product purchased via this Site within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Product must be in its original condition and must be unopened. We regret that we do not refund the return shipping cost. Please note that prior authorization for returns is required. Any returned items that are sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Ferrosan has sole discretion of return acceptance.

The contents of this Site, including but not limited to any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs and products featured in this Site are the sole property of Ferrosan and are protected in Denmark, the United States and internationally. Imedeen subscriptions automatically renew for you, so you will receive your next supply of Imedeen according to your subscription plan. Every 6th month is free!

Subscriptions are automatically charged and shipped to the information in "Your Account" file. Please update "Your Account" whenever there is a change such as credit card expiration date, billing address, shipping address, or e-mail address in order to prevent interruptions in your deliveries! Subscriptions are cancelable at any time. To cancel, simply call 1-800-870-7195 during our business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time, 3 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.

Ferrosan reserves the right, in its discretion, to terminate your access to this Site, refuse service, terminate accounts, restrict purchases, cancel orders, or change these terms or any prices appearing on this Site, in each case without prior notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

All items purchased from Ferrosan are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

This Site may provide links or references to other sites originating from other companies, individuals or organizations. Ferrosan has no responsibility for the content of such other sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising out of or resulting from such content.
